Moya Phelleps is responsible for managing the association’s services to members, membership development, annual meetings and MINExpo INTERNATIONAL®, the association’s quadrennial trade show. In addition, she manages issues of specific concern to the manufacturing and services members of the association.
Ms. Phelleps joined NMA in 1990 after holding positions at the American Coal Foundation and the Mining and Reclamation Council of America.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethany College.
